DartUP values innovation, cooperation, integrity, and hard work.

DartUP will host entrepreneurship workshops open to all undergraduate and graduate students each fall term to introduce students to startup concepts and provide hands-on learning experiences.

Interested students will form social entrepreneurial startup teams at the end of fall term to prepare for the annual 2-term long social entrepreneurial startup competition in which students form teams to create, design, market, and pitch their startup ideas to a panel of judges.

The Magnuson Center Campus Ventures Platform (MCCV) was created by the Magnuson Student Leadership Board to link Dartmouth student startups with Dartmouth student volunteers. Dartmouth undergraduate and graduate student startups post student volunteer open opportunities throughout the year on the MCCV Platform.

The student-run group helps professors analyze the viability of the technology developed in their labs from a business perspective and gives STEM students an opportunity to learn the market-facing side of academic innovation.

Student Entrepreneurship Education and Discovery (SEED), a program of the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship at Dartmouth, aims to provide a channel and space where students can research, discuss, and analyze startups and entrepreneurial endeavors in conjunction with the programs offered by the Magnuson Center. The Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC; https://www.vcic.org/) is an annual competition held around the world at which students can become a Venture Capitalist for a day to make investment decisions on real startups, execute due diligence, and negotiate deals with real entrepreneurs.

Dartmouth College Women in Business (WIB) is a professional undergraduate organization that has three primary aims:

1. Introduce undergraduate women to various business industries and professional opportunities
2.  Equip undergraduate women with the qualitative and technical skills to achieve their career goals
3.  Create a network of like-minded women characterized by mentorship and mutual support

Women in Business accomplishes these goals through weekly meetings, the associates program, peer mentorship programs, social events,  guest speakers, and workshops open to the entire Dartmouth undergraduate community, regardless of gender.
