Competition Programs
Hands-on opportunities to gain experience, connections, and build your resume through high-profile competitions. From evaluating real startups to tackling global challenges, students can gain practical experience, compete regionally and globally, and showcase their skills on an international stage.
Venture Capital Investment Competition
The Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC) is an annual competition held around the world. Students become a Venture Capitalist for a day to make investment decisions on real startups, execute due diligence, and negotiate deals with real entrepreneurs.
Students interested in VCIC must register to participate in the Dartmouth Undergraduate Early-Stage Venture Capital Workshop, a program that culminates in the internal Dartmouth VCIC competition. The winning team from this competition advances to the VCIC regionals, for the opportunity to compete for a spot in the VCIC Global Finals.
