SBIR/STTR Proposal Assistance Grant
The purpose of the SBIR/STTR Proposal Assistance Grant is to provide support for your SBIR/STTR funding proposal to help improve your chances for success.
On behalf of the grantee, the Magnuson Center will fund up to 25 hours of proposal support (coaching, writing and project management) from the team at Tn Consulting.
Focus
Applicants should be preparing SBIR/STTR proposals targeting Phase I NIH funding.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Team must include a Dartmouth faculty member.
As this award is intended to help the applicant's team prepare a more competitive proposal, you should already have a strong understanding of the NIH SBIR/STTR process and requirements.
The applicant's team should be targeting the September 5, 2025, omnibus SBIR/STTR deadline for proposal submission.

We will make a selection by the end of May, at which point we will send out decisions to all applicants.
The winning team will then begin working with Tn Consulting on their proposal. The Magnuson Center will fund up to 25 hours (a $5,000 value) of proposal assistance.
