What a whirlwind week it has been for the Magnuson Center to start the fall! After an energizing Dartmouth Entrepreneurs Forum in San Francisco last Friday, we’re kicking off an amazing fall term to support all of you eager to exercise your entrepreneurial energy!

On campus:

  • Undergraduates: Interested in a career in venture capital? Sign up for the fall Venture Capital Workshop.

  • Y Combinator will have 3 partners on campus on September 22 to share their advice for new founders for venture-scale startup success. Register  

  • Cory Levy of ZFellows is planning to visit campus on Oct 5. Save the date and keep an eye on our newsletter for more details!

  • Faculty, PhDs & Postdocs: Interested in commercialization of your research & technology? The Dartmouth Innovation Accelerators are here to support you in your journey. We’re offering an entry-level workshop on Oct 17 to learn more about what to expect from the accelerators before you apply. Register  

  • Students who are new to startups, but ready to jump right in? The Magnuson Startup Weekend is happening Oct 23-25. It’s a one-weekend crash course in how to build a startup. Sign up

  • The AI at 70: “What Must Remain Human?” Conference is happening on campus Oct 29-31. Learn more  

  • We’re hosting our partner the Center on Rural Innovation and their Small Towns, Big Ideas pitch event on the evening of Oct 29 in the Hanover Inn. Come support rural innovators and see who takes home the grand prize! Save the date!
